Personality of each individual is fundamentally different from another individual. However irrespective of this difference existence of certain fundamental traits in the personality of an individual is essential for achieving desired outcomes in his life. Such a self-driven and result oriented personality can be developed provided we are aware about special nature of our own personality including the deficiencies.

We are engaged in Personality Testing and Profiling of individuals to identify the current attributes of their personality including levels of intelligence and their capabilities so that a road map for holistic development of their personality could be drawn to enable them to build future of their own choice. Benefits of various modules of Prayas Foundation Courses include better understanding of oneself, improved self-discipline, better time management, better relations with members of family, relatives, friends and co-workers, junior and seniors in one’s office, better management of future life, success in studies and jobs/occupations thereafter, increased happiness and improved social prestige.

You need not worry about your capacity to pay the fee of our service proposed to be availed  by you as we price our services on twin principles of ‘No Profit No Loss’ and ‘Cross subsidization’ and keep some seats reserved for candidates from economically weaker sections of society and we work out the charges payable by you considering your capacity to pay. Please consult our pricing policy for further clarity in this respect.

To keep the cost of our services at the minimum  we accept ‘Time Donations’ from socially conscious  individuals having some spare time in lieu of moderate monthly income to them through the mechanism of income-sharing for working with us as Activity Partners on part-time basis in their spare time as a self employment venture.

  • Conducting various modules of Prayas Foundation Courses (PFCs) for bringing fundamental changes in thinking and behavior of participants to enable them to create a future of their liking by developing an internally driven personality.
  • Providing Personal Mentoring Service (PMS) for entrepreneurs and businessmen for improving their personal effectiveness.
  • Publications and marketing of books and other literature for personality development through self-study.
  • Encourage and facilitate action research in the areas of personality profiling, counseling and development, behavioral changes and happiness

Depending upon your own position, you may be either interested in availing our various services related to personality identification and development as a customer or donating your spare time to ‘Prayas’ and working as our Activity Partners in the capacity of Vyaktitva Vikas Margdarshak (VVM) or Expert in exchange for a moderate income as a self employment opportunity.
