A Guide Book in Hindi for timely finalization of DAR action by Government departments and Public Sector Undertakings

At present quality of governance is being compromised due to lack of devotion to duty and corrupt intentions of officials of government and managers of PSUs. In order to ensure a well disciplined and corruption free work environment for better outcome for public, central as well as state Governments want that disciplinary proceedings against non-performing or corrupt public servants, especially major penalty cases, should be finalized quickly without committing procedural or technical errors while handling such cases so as to give right type of signal to corrupt officers, managers and staff. Unless this is done it is not possible to improve the quality of governance and service to general public.
