Personality Testing, Profiling and Counseling Services (PPCS)

It is desirable to identify the basic traits, interests and strengths & weakness of the personality of an individual developed due to genetic and circumstantial reasons before any worthwhile personality developmental intervention can be designed and customized for him/her.   We conduct psychological tests on customers belonging to following segments of the society for the purpose indicated against them and thereafter provide need based personal counseling to them for holistic development of their personality and also facilitate holistic development of their personality through customized personality development programs including various customized modules of long term ‘Prayas Foundation Course’ which enable them to change their thinking and behavior and holding short duration Personality Awareness Seminars etc.  All services are extended digitally.

 

  • Students of 8th standard and up to 9th standards to identify most suitable development strategies relevant for them through customized module no PFC/01 of ‘Prayas Foundation Course ’ being run by us

Our Vyaktitva Vikas Margdarshaks (VVMs) contact students, adults, parents/heads of families, schools/colleges, small enterprises and other organizations and motivate them to opt for getting personality profiling of themselves or their students/employees done and avail further counseling through PPCS and also join a suitable module of PFC.  Personality profiling entails measuring the level of general, social and spiritual intelligence and identification of aptitude and interests besides identifying knowledge/skill gaps in the area of their choice.

 

Organizations like schools, industrial units and non-profit organizations could also opt for our organizational membership to avail our services at concessional rates. Under corporate or institutional membership scheme, we register a school or organization under our Retainer Scheme (RS) for one time registration fee of Rs. 500 (Rs. Five Hundreds Only) and then conduct personality profiling of their students/teachers/ managers/employee is done digitally. Since we work with the philosophy of social welfare, we work on twin principles of ‘No Profit No Loss’ and ‘Cross-subsidization’ and as such only try to cover our direct and indirect costs. We provide suitable discount in our charges taking into account the ability of customer to pay. We make sure that nobody is deprived of our service irrespective of his or her ability to pay.
