We are going through the Covid-19 pandemic. As such each one should take due precautions to protect himself or herself and strictly and sincerely follow the protocols issued by Government of India and the State Governments. Keeping in view the present situation ‘Prayas’ is extending all its services through digital means and has prescribed necessary protocols for various activities where physical presence is unavoidable.  Following means are being used to minimize the need of our customers to visit our office and to come in touch with our activity partners or any other person thereby increasing the risk of Covid-19. During the Covid times the process of communication and other protocols being adopted are as under.

A.Personality testing, profiling and counseling

1. The customer would pay the fee of Rs. 750 or any other amount as discussed and agreed upon through digital means like Pay Tm, Google Pay or account transfer etc. and sent screen shot to Whatsapp no. 8127569995 for further necessary action by ‘Prayas’.
2. After confirmation of the payment, a preliminary discussion is held with the subject individual through Whatsapp number and then the papers of personality tests are sent to the customers through speed post or courier.
3. Written instructions are given for taking self test along with these papers. However in case of any doubt the customer can again contact ‘Prayas’ on Whatsapp no 8127569995.
4. Customers are advised to fist sanitize the envelope containing test papers just after its receipt and then keep it in isolation for 24 hrs before opening it.
5. They are advised to complete the self test as per the instructions given to them with full honesty and self-discipline as per the discussion held prior to dispatch of these test papers.
6. They are required to sent back all the answer sheets duly filled in through speed post or courier to ‘Prayas’ at the address given in the envelop and inform ‘Prayas’ about it.
7. ‘Prayas’ would get the answer sheets scored and profile of the customer prepared.
8. Face to face counseling will be done through Whatsapp or other VC platforms like MS Team, WebEx, Google Meet etc. as per the schedule decided after mutual consultation.
9. The personality report will be emailed to the customer after completion of the counseling.
10. Above steps would complete the process of extending the service of Personality Profiling and Counseling.
B: Conduct of Prayas Foundation Course:
It would be conducted by Vyaktitva Vikas Margdarshak at their place of residence. The number of participant per batch is restricted to only 10 and they are required to bear masks of reasonable quality and maintain social distancing while participating in brain storming sessions. The entry and exit personality profiles of participants would be prepared after conducting personality tests through the digital process prescribe for it.

C: Personality Awareness Program
It will not be conducted during Covid period.
D: Management Development Programs
It would be arranged through on line modes like MS Team, WebEx, Google Meet etc
E: Management Consultancy Service
It would be provided through digital means to be decided after discussion through Whatsapp. Bulky documents may move through courier or speed post and rest of the documents through email after scanning.
F: Personal Mentoring Service
It would be provided through digital means to be decided after discussion through Whatsapp.
