This service is available for all our customers i.e. students, working executives and entrepreneurs. We assign expert mentor to a person who wish to avail this service and the mentor guides him or her informally to groom him or her in the area of his or her interest for a longer period of time as per desire of such person. The medium of contact is mostly through video conferencing but it could also be direct face-to-face or through letter or e-mail or telephone/mobile or a combination of these mediums. The annual mentoring charges for participants of Prayas Foundation Course is of Rs. 1000 (One Thousands) for normal category candidates and Rs. 500 (Five Hundreds) for candidates belonging to economically weaker sections of society. For other categories of customers they are negotiable depending upon circumstances and paying capacity of the individual concerned. In fact we have not fixed any price for personal face to face counseling to owner/entrepreneurs and we accept any amount which he or she is able to pay us. 90% of the fee paid by customer is shared with the mentor. We would like to clarify that we do not provide free consultation as it loses its value but we do accept whatever nominal amount the owner or entrepreneur is able to pay us. If he wants us to visit his unit then he has to pay for actual expenses incurred by us including staying arrangements but he or she is free to make his/her own arrangements at his cost. However this service is not available due to Corona Pandemic. This is a type of social service which we are extending to accelerate the rate of economic development. As most of our expert mentors are retired professionals, they are not after money as they are financially independent.  We provide long-term mentoring on payment of nominal annual charges.
