This is a Customized Personality Development Program especially designed for students, non-working adults, working adults, entrepreneurs or owners of commercial and non-commercial organizations, managers and employees of such organization to ensure positive changes in thinking and behavior of participants and creating internally driven, self-motivating and proactive personality to achieve success in their current assignment, jobs and professions with happiness and peace. This course has following special features

 

  1. This is customized for participants of various age groups and of various professions.
  2. Its normal duration is 6 months provided it is run for 6 days a week for 90 minutes each day. The duration may be changed depending upon the convenience of the Vyaktitva Vikas Margdarshak (VVM) conducting the course and the participants by increasing or decreasing the number of days the course is held in a week and duration of individual sessions. We maintain total flexibility considering the need of individuals and organizations.
  3. The language of this course is only Hindi or other regional languages. We believe that mother longue is best medium for understanding various dimensions involved in behavioral transformation and there is no need to create addition barrier of the language for the participants.
  4. This course ensures that participants decide through free brainstorming the most appropriate conduct in various circumstances of life which they are likely to encounter and they become good human being full of compassion for others and other positive traits and do nothing in life, which is against the interests of others. This course encourages the spirit of cooperation in place of competition.
  5. This is part-time course, which is run out side school time in an informal setting and ensures that the formal education schedule of the students or work schedule of working adult participants is not disturbed.
  6. Vyaktitva Vikas Margdarshaks (VVMs) contact students/parents/schools or organizations and motivate them to join this course themselves or nominate their children/students or managers/employees to join this course.
  7. We register VVMs who have minimum graduate degree in any discipline and are excellent in Hindi/concerned regional languages and are ready to follow ethical conduct as a role model for participants, for conduct and management of this course.
  8. In order to maintain quality and close personal touch with participants, VVMs are permitted to guide only two batches of 90 minutes duration each in a day, may be one in the morning and one in the evening. Each batch consists of not more than 15 students to facilitate close monitoring of the process of brainstorming. Out of 15, 10 candidates pay full fee and other 5 candidates pay subsidized fee according to their ability to pay as determined by ‘Prayas’ after video interview of the candidate. Therefore the number will not increase 15 under any circumstances. The initial registration fee is Rs. 100 (One Hundred) which has to be paid digitally through the payment link provided for this purpose. The registration fee is to be paid by everybody irrespective of his/her ability to pay.
  9. The age differential in the participants a batch consisting of student would not exceed one year.
  10. Course will be run digitally through a mobile app specially developed for this purpose. All participant and VVM should possess smart mobile phone with internet facility.
  11. We conduct psychological tests on participants through mobile app to ascertain their entry personality profile within one month of the commencement of the program and the second personality test in the 5th month of the course to ascertain their exit personality profile and the changes which have taken place in the intervening period due to participation in PFC. A Personality Development Report (PDR) is generated by the system and emailed to the participant.
  12. VVMs are given suitable guidelines and training through webinars by ‘Prayas’ to conduct the course free of cost.
  13. We charge Rs. 5000/- (Five Thousands) per candidate as course fee for the entire course for full fee seats. However discount will be given to candidates belonging to economically weaker sections of society.
  14. Vyaktitva Vikas Margdarshaks work on income sharing basis and bulk of fee of Rs. 5,000 or discounted fee (70%) is shared with them and we retain only 30% to meet our internal operating, administrative, management and other expenses including expenses related to personality testing and profiling and also give network incentive as well as leadership bonus to VVMs out of this.
  15. Benefits of this course to the participants completing this program successfully include better understanding of oneself, improved self-discipline, better time management, better relations with members of family, relatives, friends and better management of post retired life, increased happiness, and improved social prestige. This program brings positive changes in the life of participants and they are able to face all challenges of life successfully and with happiness and peace.
  16. This course is customized taking into account the special needs of a group of participants. At present following customized versions of this course are available for students (PFC/01), adults including working adults, professionals and entrepreneurs (PFC/02), government officers and employees (PFC/03), retired Individuals or individuals aged above 60 years and up to 75 years (PFC/04) and Individuals aged 75 years and above.  (PFC/05). As such this course is available for all aged 13 years and above.
  17. Most important feature of this program is an assurance to participants of this program that all their queries or doubts regarding the subject or the topic being brainstormed will be replied and they can avail mentoring facility even after completion of the course, if they so desire, on long-term basis on payment of annual charges of Rs. 1000 (One Thousand) for normal candidates and Rs. 500 (Five Hundreds) for candidates from economically weaker sections of society. It is fact that ‘Prayas discourages spoon feeding but takes care of the pressing problems of its customers and will not leave them high and dry and tries to help them to the extend feasible. Also to make this course more practical and useful for the participants, each module of this course is further customized as per special need of a particular batch. Small batches of 15 participants are constituted taking into account special needs of participants. For a particular batch may consist of candidates desirous of perusing entrepreneurship.
